I’m somewhat disappointed by the People’s Linguistic Survey of India. It’s not easily accessible online and the person who runs it, Ganesh Devy, isn’t a linguist so it tends to have very different aims from Grierson’s Survey (which, Orientalism an all withstanding, is the best of its kind so far).
